DEBUT NOVEL ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS RE-RELEASED
Baltimore, MD, March 2012 –
T.C. Galltin has ventured out on her own as a self-published author with the re-release of her debut novel Zaire’s Place. After parting ways with her ex-publisher, All Things That Matter Press, she has decided this was the best route to get her work back into the hands of the public. With a new cover and reedited work, she is hoping there will be renewed interest in her project.
Zaire’s Place tells the story of three very different women at a domestic violence shelter in Baltimore, MD. It’s real…it’s raw…and three women will never be the same. Domestic violence is an issue that Ms. Galltin has dealt with personally. It is her hope that her novel will encourage women dealing with abuse to get help. “I am excited about this new chapter of my life,” T.C. Galltin stated. “It feels so good to have creative control over your own work. With the re-release of my novel, I am my own boss, which is a breath of fresh air.” She said that she is grateful to be living in a time when authors hold the key to their own future, rather than relying on a publisher to make things happen for them.

The women of ZP are quite a group of characters. I feel like I’m longtime friends with them,” Ms. Galltin stated.

willing to talk about money.It's no secret that Wyoming has the worst gender pay gap in the nation. That's right. The Equality State comes in dead last when the equality we're talking about is money.
Pundits have speculated and research has been done to diagnose the problem--yet year after year we continue to lag behind. I believe we would all like to see this change, and I believe Wyoming's business women can have a powerful role in catalyzing that change.
That's why one of my first projects as the new Executive Director of the Wyoming Smart Capital Network is to host a TeleSummit April 10-12 designed for Wyoming business women. Twelve awesome 1/2-hour sessions offer food for thought, inspiration, and solid strategies to help us improve our money mojo. The smarter we get about money, the more power we have to create change.

This will be followed by two weeks of webinars on relevant business topics for women including nationally acclaimed speakers such as Rieva Lesonsky, Founder & CEO of Grow Biz Media and Margot Dorfman, CEP of US Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
The conference kicks-off on Equal Pay Day, April 17, the day that symbolizes how far women must work into 2012 to earn what men earned in 2011. The wage disparity is of particular concern to Wyoming, a state that has consistently reported the largest wage gap in the nation. She Conference sponsors believe that Wyoming’s women entrepreneurs can play a key role in turning that around.

If you have ever found yourself trying to understand just what Marketing is and why you should care about the process, then this Roundtable is the perfect venue for you to get those answers.
Elizabeth Parks, Researcher for the Wyoming Market Research Center, will discuss the Marketing process and how to navigate through the critical marketing questions. The Market Research Center, a program of the Wyoming Entrepreneur, offers a variety of resources for getting you the critical information you need for developing your marketing plan.
