Social Media Policies for Your Office? What's That?


Don’t leave your employees or volunteers guessing!  Putting policies and procedures in place is important – that way everyone is clear on what to do, how to act and what to expect. 

When it comes to social media, creating a workplace policy isn’t as easy as you might think. 

Rose Caiazzo of Rose Consulting will review the ambiguity in most policies that technically violate the law and restrict people’s rights.  She’ll give guidance on the best way to structure the wording for your nonprofit, while also giving some tips on the hottest social networking strategies for your organization.
